We ship domestic U.S. orders through UPS or USPS. It takes the package about 3-5 business days in transit after you place the order. We offer standard shipping at $6.95 for all domestic orders.


Unfortunately, express shipping is not something that we offer right now.

Yes, we currently ship to select countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes. International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package. If you don't see your country on the shipping list, please contact us at info@decollab.com.


All orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country and the state to which they are shipped. Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all orders are not prepaid by decollab. These are the customer‘s responsibility. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient‘s country and carrier related fees. If any such duties, taxes or fees are charged in customer's country, they will likely need to be paid before the goods are released. We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.


We hope that you love your decollab goods, but if you must return any item, we will gladly do so within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser using the courier of your choice. Please include your RA number with all returns. Please contact us at info@decollab.com for a return authorization number. Any merchandise in "SALE" category or whose price is marked down cannot be returned. Funds will be refunded to the original method of payment.  Please note shipping charges, duties and taxes paid to clear customs are non-refundable.


We enforce very strict policy to ensure every item we sell is in perfect condition. We triple check our merchandises prior to shipping and we have security cameras monitoring these procedures. However, if you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must notify us within 3 DAYS of receiving the product to be eligible for a return through email. Our sole obligation to you in this event will be to ship you a replacement item at our expense, or refund your order (at our election).


No cancellations can be made to orders. You must be sure of your purchase at the time you place your order.
